Jasco No-Rinse TSP Substitute
TSP No-Rinse Substitute is a one-step concentrated cleaner and deglosser for prepaint surface preparation. No-rinse formula saves time when cleaning and preparing surfaces for repainting or refinishing. Recommended to bond old enamel, oil-based or latex paint, varnish or lacquer finishes to new coatings or before wallpapering. Concentrated, add water 4 to 1. 1 quart makes 5 quarts of cleaner.
It removes grease, grime, mildew stains, food stains, crayon, dirt, smoke, old wallpaper paste and wax from painted or unpainted wood, metal or vinyl wallpaper. DO NOT USE on porous or non-washable wallpaper.

Once you have placed an order with Painter-Toys.com it will be processed and given to our distributor for shipping, this takes 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Certain items may take longer to process and ship in which case you will be notified of the delay. All orders ship using UPS Ground. UPS Ground takes between 3-5 days on average. Your order should arrive within 5-7 business days (M-F) depending on where you live. Currently we ship to all 50 US states and Puerto Rico only.
Some items can't be shipped due to specific state regulations. If this is the case, you will be notified and your account credited for the item(s).
